After finalizing all the revisions, we get your sign-off on the design and move on to the execution part of the process. This is where the design comes to life, We do all the ordering, communicate with the contractor and relevant trades, and manage all the details until the big reveal where we show you your space styled and ready to move in.
full service design
i. the consultation
Every project starts with an in person creative working session at to walk through each of the spaces and determine your needs and goals. Initial ideas are generated and we define your personal style and the scope of work. The cost for the consultation is $300+HST

ii. design and planning
After the design proposal is approved and the scope is confirmed, we move to the design phase. This is where we turn all the ideas into tangible documents and materials and present them to you in person. The design presentation includes floor plans and layouts, 2d renderings, millwork drawings, vision boards & specifications. We do all the designing and planning upfront so that you can visualize the space as a whole before we move to the implementation phase.
full service styling
This one is for you if you need help finishing up your space by styling it and rearranging furniture and decor.
i. styling consultation
We start with a creative working session (3-4 hours) at your house where we determine your needs and goals and figure out your personal style. We take inventory of your furnishings and decor, I take measurements and create a list of items that we need to bring to style the space. The cost for this session starts at $850 + HST.
ii. styling day
We set a styling day where I bring all the items to install and style your space. I provide you with a list of all the items used for you to select so you can shop your space. I then take any unwanted items and leave the space ready for you. Styling day + sourcing hours are billed hourly. ($150/hour+HST).
